Bob has an engineering degree from Colorado and an MBA from Golden Gate University. He has been a business broker and appraiser for three years and in the prior 20 years of executive experience worked at several small to mid-sized high tech firms. He has worked on both ends of the acquisition business, steering transactions from $100K to over $87mm. He is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (life member) and the International Business Brokers Association and has offices in both Reno, Nevada and Fair Oaks, California. Thomas Glendenning

Background/Experience: Prior to joining Premier, Tom had a history of more than 25 years of successful business experience in Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in several successful new start-up operations. His experience in mergers and acquisitions started in the 1980s in purchasing and selling cable TV systems for limited partnerships. This continued through the 1990s, formulating and implementing business strategies in starting competitive telecommunication companies and successfully selling these to established multinational organizations. Tom also has P&L experience operating restaurants, retail, software and telecommunication organizations. Tom purchased his own business and, after significantly building revenues, he sold the business three years later. This experience gave him the perspective and the emotional involvement of the buyer and the seller. He has personally dealt with the complexity and difficulties that buyers and sellers experience in this process. Tom has an undergraduate degree in Finance and has completed extensive graduate work in finance, marketing, organizational systems and operations research.
